Nonstop Vacuum is used when continuous vacuum to machines and processes is needed. The system is well adapted to the gutting process and can be used both for gutting machines and manual gutting. Depending on the configuration of gutting in the plant, the system has one or two cyclones. Cyclones and the system around them are optimised to give good separation of biproduct and transport air, as well as operational reliability.
